Payment and Prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. The total price for your order is shown at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout makes online shopping simple, flexible, and secure. By answering a few questions, you identify yourself easily and can choose the payment method that suits you best. One advantage of Klarna Checkout is that it separates the purchase from the payment. You first confirm your purchase and then choose how you want to pay — either by Klarna invoice, Klarna account, card, or bank transfer. All methods are equally secure.

Invoice
If you prefer to pay via a standard invoice, this option is available at checkout. For private customers, the payment term is 5 days, while companies may have up to 30 days depending on the type of product.

Payment terms for each option are also specified at checkout.

Delivery and Returns

We normally pack and ship your order within 1–3 days, provided the item is in stock. Delivery then takes 2–7 days.

If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. However, there may be occasions when fulfillment is impossible — for example, if our supplier or shipping partner cannot meet their commitments to us. We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

For unclaimed packages, return shipping to us will be invoiced.

Damaged Goods

It is very important that you inspect the item before accepting delivery. If the packaging is damaged in a way that could have affected the product, or if parts may have fallen out, do not accept the delivery.
If you choose to accept a damaged shipment, it is essential that you photograph the package before breaking the seal. Notify us by phone or email as soon as possible.

Returns

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed the wrong product. Returns must be sent as regular mail or parcel — not cash on delivery. Please contact us so we can assist with the return shipping.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

We comply with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, which gives you the right to return ordered goods without giving a reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or the main part of it).
The item must not have been installed and must be returned in unopened packaging, in new condition, and in the original box. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

When placing an order with us, you need to provide certain personal information. By placing your order, you consent to us storing and using your data within our business to fulfill our agreement with you.

All product images are sample images and may, in exceptional cases, differ slightly from the actual product.

Inventory

Our ambition is always to maintain accurate stock levels. Should an item still be out of stock at the central warehouse, the purchase amount will be refunded in full as quickly as possible, and within 14 days.
To be certain of availability, you are always welcome to contact us.

Installation

The customer is responsible for any modifications made to their vehicle and for ensuring that the product is installed in a professional manner.
