The firepit is made from 3 mm steel that can take a serious beating — we’ve tested it. No more mishaps where someone places something heavy on a flimsy collapsible fire pit and it never fits together again.
As a bonus, you also avoid leaving ugly burn marks in nature — just burnt ash that nourishes plant life.
The firepit is perfect for gathering around when darkness falls, and ideal for roasting sausages for both kids and adults. Overlanding doesn’t have to mean only canned food and freeze-dried meals.
The parts are stored bolted together as a flat package that easily tucks away in the Jeep. When it’s time to start a fire, simply unbolt the package and slide the parts into each other to create a stable firepit that holds more wood than you can fit into it. When packing up the next morning, just make sure the sooty parts face inward, bolt it back together, and you’re good to go.
