Anyone who has ever removed the steering rack on an XJ knows what this is. There’s a high risk that the bolts have seized onto the aluminum spacer that comes standard. If this has happened, the bolts, the spacer, or both will break during disassembly.
The Falken Fabrications Steering Box Spacer solves this problem once and for all. The plate itself is cut from 4mm S355 steel from SSAB, and the spacers are machined from solid bar stock.
The spacer also reinforces the steering box mounting with a more robust design, resulting in tighter steering even with large tires.
Comes in black textured powder coat.
