Falken’s Front License Plate Holder solves the problem by attaching the plate to the fairlead. In daily use, the plate covers the winch hook, and when you need to pull out the line it simply folds up. It also works perfectly to cover the fairlead opening if you haven’t installed a winch yet.
Unlike cheaper alternatives, the plate stays securely in place and doesn’t flap around in the wind thanks to smart construction and plastic shims that clamp the “hinges” tightly.
Manufactured from 2 mm steel, with stainless hardware, and powder-coated with a zinc primer and black textured topcoat.
